madara told us that if you want to get the rinnegan, you need the senju dna for it and if you have both eye, and a body you could become the so6p, but the sage son with the body also had nature energy(since the sage had sage mode and he give one of his son the eyes and the other a body so why not him(son) have nature energy. Having both body and eye will give you some of the so6p power but if you have eye, body, and nature energy it could give you all of the sage power. Madara did everything to get hashirama sage mode.

it's not confusing/confused... i understood completely , first he is explaining the 2 sons of the SO6P , then he is saying that madara has the eyes , the body of the younger son (or the older son , i don't know anymore) and also he has the sage mode , which makes him the second sage of the six paths. which is rikudo sennin himself.
