What do you think of Ao as a villain so far?

I really saw him giving us one of the most memorable fights (for Boruto himself too). I wanted him to pull out an Oro Vs team 7 fight/moment. Well, I can't judge because what we saw in this chapter wasn't even a fight, so I'll give him a chance to impress me in the next chapter.

As for his personality, he's badass and all, but he's missing something, I can't tell what it is.

And his face expressions are creeping me outXD

As far as boruto yea, he’s def the most intimidating. But honestly I think that’s more due to us already knowing him from the last series, and wondering how the f ck he survived more than anything else though.

Konohamaru being that weak and non-strategical disturbed me.He greatly defeated alone one of Pain' s bodies when he was around 13, he was very smart because he discovered the mecanism of the power the body had, he used a strategic move to defeat the body, he faced the danger to save his master and kept his cool...Adult Konohamaru should be a monster.
I really see Ao' s surprise attack as a fodder attack that shouldn' t be able to hit a genin.
All in all, I see fodder attacks taking an adult that should be very strong, I don' t know what to think about this manga.

Konohamaru being taken off guard was weird, but I guess he didn't expect Ao to be a freaking mechanical robot.

The way ikemoto draws him is very unique. It’s menacing. He looks very good as a villain all the panels he appeared in are very well drawn. He’s a badass the only character Ikemoto draws better than Kishimoto and the anime(guessing in the anime he will not look as menacing)

There wasn't much Konoharmaru could do in an enclosed space or he would risk collasping the cave and killing his team and their scientist.The only time Konoharmaru got hurt was when he was caught off gaurd by a man shootingfire balls out his chest at a pretty close range. Yes off guard and of course he should be expecting an attack, but he wasn't expecting fireballs to come out of his chest which is why he was caught OFF GAURD (In case you didn't know its not normal or a known thing for firebals to rip out of yourse chest.It's ninja tech so doubt konohanaru could sense it even if he was aware of such possibilities and again he was extremely close and still managed not to completely disfigure his face. You may not have called him weak but you called his attacks fodder without even taking in to account the nature of the attack.

Most people have never come across displays of attacks like that so they won't expect it and Since its tech can ninja sense it ? Just because you are not impressed doesn't make it fodder and as far as the range goes again it was close range and its not like he could dip to the side givng that he was in a narrow cave and it doens't really matter if you don't think that wasn't a surprise attack because it was the ltierally defitnition of a surpirse attack.Your just complaining because we didn't see konohamaru use a bunch justu

Outer synonym is external. I think Ao is a type of mercenary that gets his hands dirty by doing what the group tells him to do. He is not a member of the group but an outsource.
