Well why would they revive it, without the means to control it/subdue it. I'm sure reviving the Juubi was not to fight it, but to make it fight for the people who revived it. The sage could not beat the Juubi (Only seal it) so we will see in the coming times.

Madara can't control it and the world is doomed, or Madara can control it and everyone is in his tsukuyomi and naruto and B are unaffected because they both are sync with their bijuus.
