he once said in the interview that he regretted not thinking up more plot points, when asked " what would you tell your past self " he replied "prepare more plot points!! if not you're in big trouble!"

one example is minato/kushina. they only become so important in naruto because kishi himself started raising a family.

The war is so damn long!!! Also everyone is there. But only Konoha Shinobis are taking on the big dogs.
This with a few others things people have said. Hindsight is 20/20.

I really think Kish could rework/remaster the series when he is done. Make it less manga format and more like a standard graphic novel series (everything is canon and all the pause time for travel and training are gone)

I think it was a genius move on his part . u_u
That it was. If Jiraiya continued living, he would have no relevance to the story and just be overshadowed by other characters, the same way everyone in the K11 were, bar Shikamaru.

ot: Lack of development on characters in the K11.
Making the war arc too long.
Not killing Hinata...given the way he is currently writing her character.

He also has stated in past interviews that he doesn't always plan ahead & that he wishes that he did because it would make it easier for the story to remain consistent and avoid plot holes.

Probably rushing on the War Arc (or making it lengthier than it needed to be) and introducing too many characters without any intentions of developing them (ie. all of K11)
