I think it would ruin it all..It's over using Edo Tensi to the point it's already ridiculous ...Jiraiya's death is was made Naruto train harder at being a Sage, His death made Naruto realize finally why Sasuke's vengeance for his clan was due to the bond they shared as He shared a bond with Jiraiya which considered him a grandson and Jiraiya's body is unreachable at this point..if it's true that the war is drawing to it's climax it would be pointless to bring him back to life.
