So this would be my version of a S rank kiba he trains hard: And he could do this if kishi allowed: Since he's always training, im assuming he's gonna have a large chakra supply almost like 4th raikage:

He isn't shown using any elementals yet, but im sure his animal like chakra he has a affinity with earth. Wind, and Water. Since most jonin's can do 2+ elements.
My idea is that he'd have a percentage of his chakra and train daily, and practice what his pack like attacks: On kiba's body there are 6 seals he breaks by using a seal release tech:
Basically he makes 3 regular elemental Dogs: Earth, Wind, Water. This consumes 30% chakra.
Assuming he can use kekkei. Earth+Wind. Water+Wind. Earth + water:
Alpha dogs = Earth, wind, water = These are basically B ranked strength elementals:
Delta Dogs = mokuton, ice, ??? = 60% chakra = A ranked elementals.
omega dog = akamaru share element only when kiba has taken a food pill 20% chakra.
Kiba takes a food pill and will recieve 65% of his chakra back, so he's fighting with a bit with half under his chakra tank.
So kiba would have 10% of his chakra, so this where the food pill comes in. Kiba has the 3 natures + kekkei totas.
In the future akamaru has eaten a scroll, and it allows him to borrow elements from kiba:
1 element = 50 mins
2 elements = 40 mins
3 elements = 30 mins
The dogs have pack mentality, and will block for each other by commands via bark from kiba and akamaru. and whatever is strongest against the element will block.
Alpha dogs can combine elements for the equivalence of kekkei genkai attacks.
Delta Dogs - combine attacks for kekkei tota
The elements can not be destroyed by physical attacks. And if destroyed they produce an elemental explosion and the chakra gets transfered back to kiba. Depending on the type of dog. Kekkei dog = 20 regular = 10, but he can't make another since, they is a 3 hr limitation on the jutsu.
so akamaru is enhanced for 30 mins.
This is where it gets interesting.
Akamaru has a mode called cebereus.
Where he combines with Delta Dogs, and in this mode they have charged attacks, and can create mini TBB(like dust style). Also they can fly, because at the ankle will be shackles of circulating air, which can turn and fire ice needles at the opponent from the wings and shackles, wood / unknown. The heads will be able to elongate as well it'll be a 4 headed dog. The dog will also be able to fly
Also they can turn into human mode, and have the same abilities as kiba, being controlled by akamaru.
Kiba will have elemental mane attacks, and ehnahcned slashing, and speed techs, by using air style. His digging will be increased by doton allowing him to hide in the air, and he'll be able to breathe and fire assualts from underwater. He will also have elemental bites, perhaps poison.
He wouldn't be affected with visual genjutsu's since he can fight with smell alone.
At the most there will be 7 dogs + kiba.
Evasion Techs:
He can hide in the ground like kakashi.
He can camoflauge himself and make himself look like water.
He can basically run in the air with the air shackles on his ankles making him faster kinda like the tornado guy in yu yu hakusho.

So he wouldnt be totally dependant on aka.

If i could draw it probably help better.
Anything you would due to upgrade. I basically made him defeatable as well.
Weaknesses:
If you destroy a element in cerbereus mode: You'll kill 4 dogs killing akamaru as well.
Get to kiba before he takes a food pill. He will be on 10% chakra.
Overpower Kiba's enhanced elemental taijutsu.
Get him smell, or audio genjutsu.
Stop his chakra flow.
Absorb his chakra.
Wait him out in chakra.
