Hell, if that spoiler about the movie is real, Naruto went all emo just because he thought Hinata dumped him. Lol.

Naruto didn't abuse Bolt, the kid got what he deserve. If Minato was alive he would be too soft on Naruto.
Anyway, here is my scenario:
Hinata - Knows her husband has a busy 24/7 job and tends to his needs when he gets home, occasionally. You know what 'needs' I'm talking about right Lol
She has a full time job herself raising Bolt and Himawari in the place of Naruto which leads to Bolt acting out because he wants to spend time with his father. Himawari is probably used to not seeing her father around all the time and seems to enjoy hanging out with her Mother but she is probably the most enthusiastic when Naruto gets to spend time with her, on the down low of course.

There's no domestic violence in NH. Both are sweet passive and amicable. I don't even see big disagreements in their household. Both had been unloved to some extent in childhood so I can see them cherish and perhaps spoil their kids. Naruto would be the slightly stricter parent.

and since when does hinata stand up for herself? I'm pretty sure she follows everything naruto says so I don't see them fighting.

i'm pretty sure they don't fight but Hinata would probably use these 2 ultimate weapons in case of emergency =>
