The way i see it, it's possible that Kishimoto decide to go away and see what happen in the battlefield of Naruto and co vs Tobi

tsunade drops her top paralyzing madara long enough to be sealed up by gaara all that takes up 2 pages then goes straight to the naruto vs tobi fight for the last 14 pages.

Madara is going all out, gives Kages a very hard time, seriously injuring them, then gets un-summoned by Kabuto under Itachi genjutsu

I don't see Kishi going back to Tobi for awhile. We'll have to see Edo Tensei ending (or Kabuto dying), at least one Kage dying, and THEN back to Tobi.
