I don't think he should, Hagoromo never wanted anyone to become like him that's why he made the tablet.. But knowing Kishi he most likely will get it. Better susanoo and better EMS would be more original, imo.

No he will not, because he does not have Asura chakra. Madara mixed his chakra and Hashirama´s and awaken the Rinnegan before he died. If he gets the Rinnegan than he would be to powerful, he would be corrupted by his power like Madara and Kagya.

Well he hasn't got any of Ashuras chakra in him, so I don't know for certain, but I sure hope he does.

It use to be cool.
But now we see it like all the time on all these people.
