Homosexuality has become one of the top discussions in the past years, politically, mentally, and has become a common question in social life. Some people support and others don't, and then there are those people who use the term "Gay" as an insult or joke. Why is That? If you support it or at least find nothing wrong with it, why do you make it sound as if its a bad thing? This is commmon within our world today and many peopel don't realize by using the word like that they start many arguments.
Another issue I find is why do people find homosexuality wrong because of their religion? Most homosexuals don't believe in religion because many religions find homosexuality wrong. But why? Is there any story in any religion that has a demon or villain being gay? Religion is one of the main ignorant excuses people use to dislike homosexuality.
Another reason why people don't usually become friends with homosexuals is because: Lets say you are a guy and you meet a gay man, many people try to not befriend them because they think later on they'll hit on them. That's majority of the time not the case and the same goes for women. Gays aren't obsessed with love and *** you know.
Me? I have no problem with Homosexuals, and I am Catholic. I actually don't even have a lot of "gay friends" but I can probably be social with them anyways. I don't see how being Gay is a defect, since most of the time they act like every other person. They just have different preferences and opinions. The only thing I have a problem with them is how they use the Rainbow to represent them. The Rainbow used to be a symbol of joy and a promising future, now they messed it up and use it for themselves and now someone cant have anything rainbow-related without being considered gay.
Now back to the main question, what do you think about Homosexuality?
