I tink kakashi's main problem has bin his chakra level, now dat he is cloaked wit naruto's chakra, he shld be able to use his 1000 jutsu... Bearin in mind dat he defeated guy easily durin d chuunin test n he was a jounin @ a very tender age, he wil give obito some serious trouble n lastly he is a strategist 2 i wil rate him top 10 witout kamui, he bearly uses dat jutsu.
