I prefer it in black and white so it feels classical and just brings the reader into imagining what color that character"s clothes.etc will have in the anime!

if the manga is colored then there is no need to watch anime

if its coloured by hand and not digitally id like colour, otherwise id take black and white over digital colour, just my preference

Depends. Color is a thing very difficult to handle, but if it is done properly it can really boost an image.
On the other hand, sometimes the atmosphere doesn't feel the same when it's colored, so I'd have to insist it is all on the skills of the artist.
