you just made up your own definition. that means absolutely nothing.

a feat would count as something that the character has actually done. a "confirmed feat" is the exact same thing.

Which is more incorrect than correct.

There is evidence suggesting that he can use them all. The absence of evidence is not vice versa, just because madara hasnt shown them doesnt mean he doesnt have them.

Obito actually has some form of evidence to suggest that he doesnt possess them all (one eye), so its safer to assume that he doesnt have them all.

But madara is no exception, the things that keep me from using the paths in a 1v1 are the scale of their power, & how good madara actually is with them. We have no feats so its difficult to judge his power.

Confirmed is telling you information you're not aware of. Confirmed feat is statement that tells you character can use something but has not showed it.

If they were the same then there wouldn't be the word ''Confirmed''. But like i said, you have a hard time understanding basic English texts.
