[Discussion] What do you look for in a man?

I´m wondering cuz i haven´t heard a girls opinion of what she looks for in a man, most of the time they want someone "nice" and we men know all too well how that goes.
So what do you want in a man? It could be anything from looks to you name it.

I think the massive wang is just a bonus but they don´t know whether or not you have a massive wang unless they go to bed with you right away so i was thinking, what is it that women look for in a man that will make her like him and then jump in bed with him?
