What do you hate about Naruto

I don't like that the whole one major battle right after another and in one night thing.

Seriously Obito was the perfect finale to the war, give Madara a separate arc that takes place days after the war.

But after Obito's epic defeat we jump right into Madara arc without any breathing room.


Really Madara shouldn't have been main villain at all, Obito was a great final villain (minus his rather lack luster motivation to going crazy), Madara is just a stereotypical Shounen villain.

Nope, I'm being very serious, unlike most I actually like Obito's defeat and enjoyed his character (minus that Rin was his motivation).


Oh and yes, unlike most I do enjoy the TNJ, its different from most Shounen manga's which just have the good buy beats up the bad guy and all the problems are solved.

Makes the characters seem more human.

I agree with you unbiased I'm pretty sure many agree with your opinion, although some will say yes there is still strategy and while that is true the power levels have risen to ridiculous proportions and before it was about how even a lesser opponent with a good strategy could defeat a stronger opponent for example, rock Lee vs gaara although lee almost managed it there was much strategy in this fight and heart OK maybe not a great example a better one would be naruto vs neji. Also it showed how some ninja are perfect counters for some ninjas like temari vs ten ten. The best strategy one might just be shikamaru vs temari brains beat the brawns so toi speak but now its susanoo this madara BS that ooh I have kamui, eat my tailed beast ball. P.s mine would be more about the contrast between myself and naruto I wish I had 5% of his motivation, effort and enthusiasm

Repetitive TnJ and Naruto being hyped in-universe like a ninja Jesus. It was fine, even great, in the Pain arc, Naruto becoming a hero finally achieving what he wanted - acknowledgment. I get that he is the main character but now the whole ninja world is his freaking worshiper. It irked me so much when Gaara made that speech in front of the whole army, "My friend saved me and therefore we can all be friends! All hail Naruto!". I'm sure there were some more... elegant ways of writing a heroic main protagonist instead of making older, more experienced and wiser villains change their minds because some 16 year old kid shouts his ideals at them.

Speaking of ideals, like Punk said Kishi basically shoves them down the readers' throats. What if I agree with standard shinobi rules and believe that they should be loyal and not let their emotions control them? Too bad, because "Will of Fire" and caring about your comrades while letting your feelings run wild (i. e. shouting at every problem) is obviously the only way.

Also, handling of some Edos during the war. Still can't get over this one.
