It doesnt say who commited what crime.
Plus i hate the fact that when these arguments occur the same crime isnt used for both races.
The better argument would be the same policemen arresting two different people for the same crime. Then you can see who is treated differently.
Were they the same police? No.
Same scenario? No
Taken out of context for ammunition & hypocrisy? Yes, most definitely.

Trying to get into a bar.
Speak them truths brotha.I didn't think it'd be hard to miss the concept of the pictures. It's the fact that one was beaten and physically assaulted when he was far less dangerous than the one that was taken in without a scratch that makes this so unjust. The armed, mass murderer can be taken in without the need for the force that is required for the man with fake documentation? Does that add up to you?
A fake ID for what
He's breaking a law I completely agree. He should have been arrested. Now he should not have been assaulted while being arrested. When you look at the man who murdered twelve, he was taken in without a scratch. Or is murder less of a crime than trying to get into a bar?Isn't it Illegal to consume alcohol under the age of 21? So he's breaking a law.
I just noticed he was beaten. -_-The fact that you think the answer to this question matters is really, really sad.
yea I edited my post. I wasn't really paying attention to the picture. It was police brutality and outright wrong. He should press legal charges on the police departmentHe's breaking a law I completely agree. He should have been arrested. Now he should not have been assaulted while being arrested.
