[Discussion] what do you guys think is gonna be like akainu's childhood ?

i think someone did something really bad to him in his past , pirates (obviously) and bc of that he decided to be a marine and stay with that moto of "kill the pirates" and stuff like that...

plus he has a dark story with dragon , so...

I'm hoping he does not have the typical pirate kills family childhood, I'll be happy if he kinda analysed the world and just decided Pirates are evil or some deep stuff

Doesn't necessarily need to be someone of power. Could just be that his father was raided by pirates and didn't like them. I feel like having the gorosia be his father is too unreal and it takes away from his character. He won't feel as strong if we knew the gorosia were the ones that placed him in the position he is in. I'd like to think he earned it from humble beginnings

Unless Akainu ends up becoming the World Government Commander-in-chief.. the scope of Dragon and Akainu is very different.
