I am always excited when the manga is released I read it and I am either excited and was like OMG that was awesome or I am like wow that was crap.
During the animes I enjoy the actual storyline and I like watching the action and battles play out what I don't like is filler arcs or fillers in general; for example in the manga Yamato was captured and isn't fighting in the war but on one of the filler animes he is battling along with Kakashi and Naruto in the war, so things like that put me off.
