Completely cover your face with toothpaste and keep it for two hours or three. Then wash it away with very hot water and lots of soap.Trust me, it just works

It must be a problem when you're driving and you're forced to look in the lil lateral mirrors, but you forgot to pull your seat back and then you get blocked by your own thing and you force yourself to intensely think about Tess Holliday to get it relaxed :/

Ah, so it was not the reply with the beard. You confused me.
Uhm, your advice surely is nice, but doesn't really work for me. Doing good for people only gives me a temporary good feeling. MY discontent, in it's core, does not vanish. It' not that easy.

I know I know, that happens to me also (and to everyone I think). In fact the ultimate goal should be do good many times in order to turn that feeling continuous and in the spare time..uhm.. you could deadlift xd
