As in, what do you do to cheer yourself up? What makes you happy when you're feeling sad? Glad when you're feeling bad? I'm looking for some mood raisers, but I figure that it could make for an interesting discussion. Why does whatever you do work for you?

Being around people I guess its the best way to cheer yourself up but sometimes taking long walks by yourself works too.

Excersie and play basketball.

It is more scientific actually, but I found that out later xD

Building a body, working hard all day, all week, all month, and then watching your body change is epic as ****. I get addicted to seeing myself grow stronger.

Drinking a nice cup of tea while relaxing on the couch of course! And playing table tennis and going to the gym cheer me up too. I also enjoy driving.
