Its good but if you're gonna go with reflects like that, add a fractal pattern or something to cover up those rough edges.

It's nice, I like how you coloured the render's pupils but I think overall the avi could still use some work.
Also you made his face look dirty on the down right side and the render lost some of it's quality. Figure out what made the render loose quality so you can avoid it in the future.
Experiment and keep at it and you'll improve (=
