we dont know whats on the uchiha stone tablet but Zetsu or Madara says its information about or from the Sage of the six paths. But like emo says Madra/tobi lies so its hard to know when you can beleive what he says and when you cant. I use the the thought trust a liar enough to know that they lie. (basicly dont beleive everything you hear from a liar especially if you know they lie a lot)

Don't we know how Kakashi got his MS? He was responsible for his best friends death. And as to when he got it, he showed it in the first arc in shippuden against Deidara, so he gained it during the 2½ years naruto was with Jiraiya.
