What do u think why Obito couln't use

what do u think why Obito couldn't use Madara's EMS powers?
he had his rinnegan, Madara could use Susano, why Obito couldn't enter at least on V4 Susano?He has Ms +EMS(Rinne)...

Why would someone who never unlocked the rinnegan and never had any experience whatsoever with someone else MS be able to switch from rinnegan to someone else's MS and use their abilities on top of that ?

Obito said himself that eh could barely maintain the rinnegan and that was with hashi cells aiding him

He didn't use the Rinnegan because he was controlling the Bijuu. Obito has also revealed it was hard to use Madara's eye.

He never awakened Susanoo till the end and when he finally got his both eyes back, brining Sasuke back was more important since he had seal. War arc Obito had Madara's Rinnegan and his own MS, so he had two different eyes, and susanoo awakening requires MS in both eyes. Obito needed either both madara's eyes to use madara's susanoo or his both original eyes to awakens his own susanoo.

I can smell hate Obito's fodder chakra allowed him to summon and control the mezo tailed beasts and use his own sis paths while fighting of foderuto bee kakashi and gai with relative ease. Followed by controlling 10 tails so thiz fodder chakra still puts him above your favourites.
