i think it's very menacing and he looks evil af with these alien eyes. i also like his mark on his chin and the number below his eyes. makes his design more complex. His design is very fitting for a villain/leader. i was shocked that ikemoto came up with such a design knowing his disgusting art. 100% the anime will make these villains look 10x better like kawaki's case
