i think not

because he only master because he had different people dna to get what needed to get(like juugo's cells for nature energy main part of sage mode(i think) he had dna from karin to heal ext)

even oro didnt to that getting different dna's for sage he wanted to find the perfect body to handle sage mode

look at naruto, juraiya(incomplete but did master it) and hashirama

and if u guys think he did then why cant u include every one that kabuto had dna of

kabuto is BATTER and a SMART character

I don't think he mastered it because usually a master of sage mode doesn't have the animal like features. Also because he took the time to master edo tensei, gather a bunch of different DNA, and had to go to Ryuuchidou is such a short period of time.

Even if he hasn't mastered it, he is still the strongest alive.

I think the fusions from all those DNA's messed him up more then anything.

That much different DNA in someone is bound to start causing issue's over time.
