I know every body is talking about madara , sasuke and tobirama but i'm wondering about zetsu !!

He is always talking vague !! in this chapter he said something that I'm not sure about , i want to know your opinion about it !!

first :

in the left bottom panel he said : " the 'insides' are surprisingly good "
what does he mean by that ?! he means black zetsu ???

and then here :

You must be registered for see images

in the middle right panel he said " those on the verge of death require on-field treatment "
what is that supposed to mean ???

He ate itachi's bodies and that of Kakuzu and Sasori, etc. Now he is going to or is in the process of eating Obito from the inside out is my guess as he still needs Obito's body which still has a rinnegan to battle against Minato and Kakashi.

It's probably one of the reasons Kabuto took an interest in the Zetsu clones and how he managed to get DNA for all the edo Akatsuki. My guess anyway.

The insides are good = obito is still alive being controlled by other zetsu

On-field treatment = treatment needed to separate the eye

I thought "those on the verge of death need treatment" was Madara's speech, he meant the world is on the verge of collapse, and infinite tsukoyomi is the treatment, which is why Tobirama was like, "and you think IT is the treatment?!" which Madara says "yup."

Zetsu was just saying he was leaving. How many freakin Zetsu are there?! I thought Sasuke had killed off the original, Juubito killed off the ones that were on him, and the alliance had finished off the rest?

By "those on the field need on-field medical treatment" it was referring to the wounded shinobi, and the I assume the ones with their chakra sucked out by the Shinju, and Madara said it. I suppose it means that Zetsu has healing jutsu. The first comment I'm unsure about. I'm guessing it's referring to an internal struggle between Obito and Black Zetsu, but I don't know about that one.

The "insides are good" refer to obitos vitals after his Juubi extraction and resurrection technique. Zetsu is using Obito's body to battle minato and kakashi and the body's vitals mean Zetsu is able to fight capably against them.

The people near death will cling to their beliefs dearly before they die so they don't feel they die in vain. The on-field treatment of Infinite Tsukiyomi will, as Madara believes, instantly convert them to his side once they see the world he envisions.
