Nagato all of a sudden felt bad for what HE did to Jiraiya.
Or he realized Naruto wasn't going to be defeated nad that Konan was in danger if Naruto decided to fight back in that cave.

some characters don't get enough panel time..

the way the girls have been used really sucks.. the excuse of not knowing how to develop girls is horrific.. <_<
females are human too dagnabit. >_>

I would have liked to see more stuff happen in the story like detective work somewhat.. like ninja in disguise investigating .
it has happened a few times , but im not satisfied.. I cant get no satisfaction.

character relationships should have been better expanded and developed..
like the Sarutobi family, Anko / Orochimaru.. the sanin as kids and growing up..
at least have some anbu black ops act dominant while they still have the mask on...
the former anbu Kakashi, Yamato, Itachi, are pretty cool.

the fillers could have been OVAs and expand upon some things. <_< like Girl Power episodes..

the rushed character development. Character should develop much more slowly than this. However, slow (relatively) character development only happens for Naruto, Sasuke and maybe Shikamaru.

all of this destiny crap. Kishimoto should have stayed true to the part 1 themes of hard work paying off

two things the over use of the rasengan like seriously wind is the strongest nature and there are so many wind users in konaha its no reason he shouldn't have more jutsu and the second is the under use of characters such as sakura she is fodderized at every turn i mean whats the point of being that strong if your just going to stand by asking whats going on but tsunade has the same powers and made it to be hokage level lets at least be realistic either there giving tsunade to much credit or not giving sakura enough

Fillers and sometimes the animation, maybe if the Canon episodes were 4-5 manga chapters and 40 minutes long, fillers would've had any meaning.
