Bad translation I think. I think it meant, bring them to me.

Her Brain, Heart and Spine are still there, so she can still talk and for some odd reason, do a jutsu.
Just can't walk, run, jog, ride a bike, jump, go diving, kick someone, skip, shuffle or wiggle her toes.
