"I should have slipped through you"What did tobi meant by that......Did it mean that Tobi's Sharingan has no effect in Naruto......I really did not get that.....

I think he Misjudged Naruto.

I think Tobi thought he would win a head on collision, When he didn't he said "i Should have Slipped through you" so he wouldn't of taken the Hit.

I Highly doubt Naruto has found an imaginary Defence vs Tobi's S/T Jutsu, Unelss it's more Plot no Jutsu.

I dont think Tobi can pass through his KM body with the S/T jutsu because later on when he was about to grab naruto unconscious, his hand passed through Naruto's regular body when Might Gai tried to kick Tobi.

He passed through because he didn't want Might Gai to quite literally kick his head off, which is what would have happened had Gai landed the hit.
