I was wondering, if what Kishimoto did here was really a mistake.
Everyone here knows that most people thought about this image representing the chakras inside Naruto, after Naruto got their trust. But if that's the case, then Shukaku should be in these chapters too...

But Shukaku didn't fight Naruto in the fight against the Six Tailed Beasts.
Then I realized there was another connection between the beasts and Naruto here...

Tobi has 6. Shukaku was not there... Shukaku was still inside the Mazou.

Even Hachibi and Kyuubi were talking about the Ichibi, they were not fighting the Ichibi.Well, as you can appreciate, you should already know about the connection between Naruto and the beasts in this image...
Naruto fought them, and won.

It seems like what he see here is not the bijuus that gave chakra to Naruto... these are memories of battles against these bijuus that Naruto won, in other words... aknowledgement. Gyuuki is not there because Naruto never fought Gyuuki.
Juubi's reacted to someone who 'as the sage of six paths', won against these tailed beasts, Juubi remembered that he as a tailed beast he lost to the sage.
