Well it's only natural since Naruto had experienced the same solitude and did everything he could to restore the bond with Sasuke. He never kept believing in him. Even Sakura gave up at one point. Being about the same age, it's understandable that kakashi has a totally different relationship besides also being distant towards others usually. But as Kakooli said, Sasuke acknowledged Sakura as beind dear to him during the chunnin exams and thanked her about three times and the one he also held in his arms when she saved him. The thing is Sakura never had to experience anything like Sasuke or even Naruto did so her level of understanding Sasuke couldn't be the same as Naruto's. She always had a family, people who loved her and never had to work hard to create bonds like Naruto.
Despite Naruto being the only one who could make Sasuke come to reason by exchanging blows with him and considered his only friend by Sasuke himself, Sakura was at least always able to make him stand there and listen to her and be reminded of team 7 and bonds.
