asde from the younger son inheriting his body and will, he also inherited one more thing. Medical ninjutsu!! Reember, rikoudou sennin was a peaceful man, he wanted so naturally he created medical style. If he was an uzumaki.. then he would hv IMMENSE CHAKRA RESERVES AND AMAZING CONTROL OVER IT. He could also do fuinjutsu. Thus, the uchiha developed this into the mordern ninjutsu and MADARA had the most talent for ninjutsu while HASHI had the most talent for medical ninjutsu. This explains why the uchiha clan were such masters of ninjutsu whereas the senju were masters of medical ninjutsu. Taijutsu is inherited by both(moreby senju). To balance this out, the uchiha became better at genjutsu(sharingan) and got the copy technique in their sharingan

I wouldn't say that exactly. Hashirama gained his body, which meant he had great stamina, not necessarily that he had medical ninjutsu passed down to him. With it, he was able to learn all kinds of jutsu to put into his arsenal

Madara gained the eyes and powerful chakra, so he could perform powerful ninjutsu, which was accented through the use of his doujutsu, the sharingan.

That pretty much sums up what i said, he GAINED THE ABILITY AND CHAKRA to perform such high feats, it wasnt passed down, thats just plain ridiculous.
