What did Oro mean when he said to Sasuke , "He's alot more different than when Tobi and I were using him" ?

good question, they were both using him but tobi used him after oro died so obviously they both collaborated on using him at some point

They both manipulated him at different times. Never at the same time.

He's not set in his unwavering desire for revenge. He's questioning everything he knows as opposed his positivity of anger.

Sasuke is now taking charge of his own life, he has almost all the information he needs to make his own decision, thus making Taka "The third power" in the war. as he will have motives that are entirely his own

Probably was reffering to his strength and attitude, before all he wanted was to kill Itachi, and now he has great affection towards his older brother now with the knowledge of the truth and he wants to find out everything in detail instead of just destroying everything in his wake.

I think he meant Sasuke was for the first time in life not being manipulated by a higher up, he was making his own plans independently.

This is what I believe as well, if only because that was my first thought. But I can see how Oro's comment can be interpreted either way.

And, as other's have said more or less, I think Oro's just commenting on the fact that Sasuke is growing up. He's starting to think like an adult.

What I found the best was that he approoved to how Sasuke developed. It's like the others here said. He was thinking about Sasuke who is no longer just running around like an idiot and plans his steps more. Back than, Oro feared Naruto's good influence on him. Now he seems to like how Sasuke questions wha`t's going on.
