What did Obito really do to Madara and did he just let him take the staff?

Whatever he done to Madara was a shock to him and everyone else. What did he do to him and also i find it hard to believe that Madara would just let obito take the Sage staff

Madara was shocked that obito punched him, not that he had onmyoudon.

madara has all the tailed beasts but one half of the kyubi....obito has that half....when obito finger-f***ed madara, he absorbed madara's chakra i.e. the tailed beasts chakra.....so obito has the complete hermit powers now due to that....notice that his staff is exactly same as the so6p's while madara's a bit different and i think not totally complete....

All of these are good speculation but even if it is obitos staff, madara isnt going to let him just take it, is he paralysed?

I thought obito grabbed his heart using kamui to try to kill him (just like he kept trying to do to naruto in mid war arc).
