What did Madara ever accomplish in his lifetime? It seems to me he died a bitter old man after getting his butt handed to him time and time again by the Senju brothers? If Kabuto/Obito never revived him he would still be dead and one of history's biggest failures, by definition.
I'm not bashing but truly, whats so legendary about him? That he was Hashirama's rival? Kiba is Naruto's rival but that doesn't make him Lord Kiba.

The only good thing he's ever done is help establish Konoha, and that didn't last long before he started killing all of his comrades.
