What did Kakashi do?

When he was fighting kakuzu and saved Chouji shika and ino against Kakuzus lighting attack what did he do with it? Absored the lightning cuase its his element? Or use his own lightning to cancel it? Well?? AHHHH HELP!!!!!! lol

i think it was more like a cancellation of the jutsu, resulting in making kakashi very worn out.

He blocked and cancelled it, plus as he is also the same type user he was less affected..

He seemed to use an equal amount of the same type of elemental chakra to cancel it.

It's logical that a technique won't last forever once fired.

What Kakashi did is simple. He collided with it head on with his Raikiri and just wrestled it down. Nothing more.
