Isn't that the same, as binding his senjutsu? It depends on your interpretation, but to me it seems like, what the technique can do, is that it binds him, if he uses senjutsu. In other words, it will force Madara to stop using senjutsu.

Another interpretation to "binding senjutsu" would be Sasuke absorbing Madara's senjutsu chakra (trapping the chakra inside himself). Orochimaru refered to the word "Senjutsu" as Senjutsu chakra.

In the other hand, binding Madara is to stop him, paralize him, trapping him, or anything alike. And, "in response to that" would be that the catalyst for this jutsu to take effect would be Madara using senjutsu chakra. So, semantically, "binding him" and "binding senjutsu chakra" are not the same... assuming the same would be mistaking cause by effect.

There are diferences, actually.

- To bind Madara is to trap Madara.
- To bind Madara's Senjutsu Chakra could be to absorb the chakra, leaving Madara without senjutsu chakra (the chakra would be trapped inside Sasuke). Madara wouldn't be binded under this perspective.

Naruto gains new eyes when he uses different types of chakra. So him using all the tailed beast's chakra types including sage mode will change his entire body. His body is his eye when you consider how keen his sensory ability is. On the other hand sasuke's body is his eyes. Think of how susanoo works. So in a way as Naruto develops so does his "eye". Just think about his TnJ on Obito. It worked kinda like Izanami only he was inside of his mind.
