True the only issue is after the TOP we've seen the strongest of every universe and very little of them were actually evil. It would be a great idea but i think there would have to be a plot device to help explain how this happened and why it hasn't been addressed

Well, everything that has happened since Namek saga has never been addressed in series prior to introduction like Androids, Buu, Kaioshin, Beerus, Multiverse, Frieza's potential, etc.

That would be interesting. I have always appreciated and enjoyed the idea of ranks. When villians are ranked in a league from like #10 to #1... and then like seasons of the anime pass and they finally meet that #1 villian and he's stronkkk as heellll! Yep. It's a feeling.

It has been announced already a new villain will appear, not sure I like his design, but he looks very powerful. I'm always up for more new villains.

Well actually the tournament only featured the most powerful people from the WEAKEST universes.

Bring real transformations like the super saiyan 4, instead of just changing the hair color of the super saiyan 1. I feel the series (with Dragon Ball Super) is starting over again super saiyan blue=super saiyan 1 and ultra instinct=kaioken and thats a little lame its becoming repetitive.

I've always felt the Ozaru stage being brought under control and then going SS4 should've been the actual super saiyan state. The power boost concentrated in human for also magnifies all aspects of a person from strength to speed to durability. At the same time retaining the tail weakness, creating balance in the Dragonball universe.
