Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday are usually the busiest days. This is because Tuesday is when spoilers are posted, and the manga might be leaked early. Wednesday is the week the manga usually comes out, and Thursday is usually the day the new episodes come out.

On the weekend it's probably the busiest on Saturdays/Sundays when Fairy Tail comes out and the One Piece episode is released.
