What could be the fate of Naruto anime series?

Hi guys...so what if something bad happens to Masashi Kishimoto? what if he dies? since after all no one can escape death or rather delay it, once its his time he has to Go.
So would some one takes his place and continue? or is it bye-bye 4 the series?
what do u think? i'm listening...
