i found this on Wikipedia

In Japanese mythology, Izanami-no-Mikoto, also given as 伊弉冉尊 or 伊邪那美命, meaning "she who invites" is a goddess of both creation and death, as well as the former wife of the god Izanagi-no-Mikoto. She is also referred to as Izanami-no-kami.

Izanami died giving birth to the child Kagu-Tsuchi (incarnation of fire) or Ho-Masubi (causer of fire).

The Totsuka no Tsurugi or the sword of Totsuka (十拳剣; Literally meaning "Ten Hands Long Sword") is the sword used by Izanagi to kill his newborn son

can anybody give any idea

You google that one right?
I found this on narutopedia too
Izanami is one of the ultimate dōjutsu of the Uchiha clan. Like Izanagi, it is capable of affecting an opponent regardless of their five senses and just like its counterpart, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed away and loses its light forever.

According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but unlike the latter, which is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it.
