What could be in the scrol suigestu found?

Orochimaru apparently knew Tobi's plans (or at least pieces of it) that it surprised or even shocked him.

Orochimaru has always been the sinister scheming-type who likes to keeps things under his control. My guess is that Orochimaru saw through Tobi's plan and did research to find some sort of trump card that would keep the ball in his court. It's either some kind of loophole in the Edo Tensei or something about the Rinnegan

This what I was thinking as soon as I read it for the first time. It just seems like that would be so helpful at the right moment!!!

It could be a loophole in edo tensei, but it could just as easily be a scroll teaching how to perform edo tensei. That would be quite a present for the sauce. It will probably be relating to tobi and/ or uchiha secrets (aka rinnegan)

I came up with the scroll containing instructions on performing edo tensei because of tobi's wall of sharingan. In theory Sasuke could prepare enough bodies for every sharingan on the wall, which would turn the tide of the war pretty quickly.

Well we know for sure its something sasuke would really want to get his hands on and what do we know that sasuke wants? (POWER) so its kinda like a powerup for him i would say.

I think it has something to do with Uzumaki's and Uchiha's dna mixing. Maybe since Suigetsu knows Sasuke drank Karin's blood...

Whatever it is, must be big, since Orochimaru hid that information from even Kabuto. Can't be on Dragon Sage Mode since Kabuto already mastered that. Not the Edo scroll because of the same reason. Since Suigetsu said it can benefit Sasuke, it might be a way to upgrade Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan into the Rinnegan.

The biggest clue is "To think orochimaru thought this far ahead".

A simple summon or power up shouldn't be in the scroll in my opinion. I'd lean more towards a prediction Maru made that describes how the war is currently going, and what can be done about it.

It's gotta be something more complex.

It's also 'supposed' to help sasuke gain the upper hand in the war, which i suppose a power up would do... but that doesn't line up much with "to think maru planned this far out"

It has too be something creater than Senju DNA , Rinnegan or something like this , Possibly a way how too Reverse death god summoning and gain that other half of Kuramas chakra. - By Unknown means , but considering wat a mastermind Oro was , that type of thing wont be impossible , but this is just my Speculation.
