PS4. Next gen is better, if you can afford it. Majority of the new games won't hit PS3 (sony may be nice for awhile, but it's a downhill battle).

Just wait for the game to come out on PS-Now on the PS4. Then just pay a couple of quid to rent it for a month and play it on there.

OT: Buy a xbox much better Online exclusives better color and stuff in games. IMO looks even better than ps4 because of colors. Xbox is able to do more like 2 apps or 1 app/game at the same time. XBOX is the future ps4 is only simple gaming and even that is what they can't do for you because psn will be down again.
