Okay people.

I just want to see what colour skin you all think the guy had. The Bible etc all lead us to think he was white and bla bla,but I'd like to get your thoughts.

1: White.
2: Black.
3: Brown/Dark skin.

Note: I am not being racist nor do I mean to offend anyone. If you find this offensive with good reason then I will req the thread be closed.

Historical fact: Jesus was of Israeli descent, thus he had olive (middleEastern) skin/features.

Jebus is a fictional character that I believe Family Guy made. No arguments, no real discussion necessary. Your question is answered.

Very good answer and I agree with it too. That said, let us wait for what others believe. +rep though for an excellent, logical and evidence based answer.

It can be discussed, but any other answer is going to be based on some off-the-wall speculation and be incorrect. The general depictions show him as being white, but that is statistically improbable as the Bible itself states otherwise. He did not have any distinguishing features from other Israelis so that rules out Ethiopian (Black/dark-skinned), Caucasian, Asian, Hispanic, and Egyptian (Also could be dark skinned). I don't see a point in trying to discuss what isn't true and in reality, what does skin color have to do with anything? We all bleed red and we are all human beings.

Yeah. I'm not arguing that humans are any different.

I just want to see what people think or choose to believe.

Sorry, but I'm going to close this. Even if you say it's not meant to be racist, it's still a very touchy subject. So could you please stop making this religion-based threads? As you keep making them and directly or indirectly they caused several problems. I've seen a lot of those threads during my time on NB and they nearly always end bad.

Also there is nothing to discuss, the answer has been said. Jesus was whatever skin color people had 2000 years ago in Israel, which would be something a bit darker than white. Any other option is completely impossible. Especially when the difference between "white" and a "darker" skin would be in those times, and even nowadays, quite shallow. So in a very broad sense he's "white". He has been pictured probably too white in history, however that's just due to Eurocentrism.
