what if old madrara's tubes from the gobi were really filled with morphine? and raikage def is on steriods, else he wouldnt rage, shika def blazes, pervy sage dose E. Guy dose speed. the elder toad dose lcd. and the ramen guy? hes on the limitless durg, that why he never opens his eyes, he never has to.

Gaara in the chunin xams arc - cannabis overdose causing homicidal tendencies.
Tsunade - shown to consume drums of sake, but may also be taking sedatives( to relieve of brother and lover's sorrow)
Lee- amphetamine, cocaine (keeps him hyperactive)
Orochimaru- some drugs definitely.
jiraiya- viagra(although a therapeutic drug) and aphrodisiacs.
Btw, itachi must never be using drugs. He has the strongest genjutsu to keep him engaged.

The Ramen guy, Tonton, and Sai smoke REAALLLY GOOD (they don't ever open their eyes)
Suigetsu smokes (he carries water constantly, need to pass drug tests)

Others they dont do........ Well either case they take drugs.it's just shown they are taken medicines...so it's so under the sleeve.

im high right now, and my first thought was shikamaru smoking weed all the time. . but id say rock lee. does smoke meth. crack or snorts cocaine. actually. hes on pcp : ).
