What characters dont get enough screen time??

Rock Lee (obviously), Neji and Shino. Rock Lee took out a mist Swordsman, but we haven't seen him go all out. Neji took out white zetsus, and I don't think Shino has had any screen time. I hope Kishi does another timeskip.

Neji, Lee and Tenten. In all hoensty, Tenten has NEVER gotten enough screentime, part 1 included. She's probably more overlooked than Shino.

Kankuro also gets worthy mention.
