I'd rather Obito have taken him out, honestly. His entire shift to Naruto's side was out of character and just dumb. He essentially killed his mentor, attacked his village and killed who knows how many there. Helped destroy the last of his kin, and then take over management of the bloodiest regime in the ninja world. Yet, less then fifteen minutes from accomplishing his goal he decides to have a turn of heart. .

It's sort of not with this thread, since he already died. But I wish Obito died a hell of a lot sooner.

I think that 'coolest guy' garbage was one of the lowest points in the manga. I also agree that Obito should have finished Kakashi off. But by then, Kishimoto had decided that Kurama's chakra somehow unlocks his pocket dimension trips. It never made sense to me. By doing this, Kishimoto closed the door to killing Kakashi by warping him.

To tell you the truth, both of them should have killed each other. That way, we wouldn't have been served so much drivel about their bonds and their petty monologues. I got sick of both of them in war.

Gai should've.

I wish Choji, Tenten, Konohamaru, Sai, Kabuto, Orochimaru, Karin, Tsunade, Ohnoki all died

Kishi's just trying to force an image of a character down our throats that he failed to portray, rather than actually showing us anything that would make Naruto even say that, yet alone anyone who's not delusional think that. He killed 40,000+ in the war, untold amounts as Tobi, yet he's suddenly forgiven because he is useful. Hogwash.

I love the evolution of Kakashi's Kamui. Deidara on a bird could keep pace with it, he didn't risk using it on Pein. One can speculate that he would be vulnerable while doing it, or entirely too inaccurate to pull it off. But in the war, he suddenly becomes a master at it and can traverse dimensions with his version. Not sure how he got so good without also going horribly blind, but oh well. Guess we shouldn't ask that.

I didn't mind Obito until he went over the top with his own issues and just obsessed over Naruto. Would of been more poetic, I suppose, if they did kill each other.

Why hello Derp.

His Kamui mastery was laughable and came out of no where. Kishi just wanted to shove this guy down our throats. I have never found Kakashi to be relevant to the plot since the war started or since Pein arc ended. Pein never should have used Rinne Tensai. It was ****ing stupid to keep him relevant.

I didn't mind Obito much either until he didn't stoop down to Naruto's level. Then, along with his interactions with Kakashi just made the whole thing vapid and insipid.

Way to be your own person, Caterpie.

Come on, give your own reasoning.

Well you guys already spoke my mind but here it is:

Gai was already to give his life with a sacrifice and it would be a too damn epic and sad death at the same time. He had a successor to carry his ideals and disciplines. Idk what did he contribute to story by living further while he could offer more by death.

Kakashi should have died in Pain arc (or did not get to killed back then) or during Obito fight. Obito should have gone earlier too, maybe with some regrets but not tnj. His change did not improve his character.

Ne explanation for Gokage. Not all but atleast Onoki should have died. He could not even move in last chapter

Not death but Neji should have live through somehow. He represented the.opressed people who have what it takes to be great with their hardwork, capabilities and talent but simply can not be because they bave born in "wrong" race, gender, place, social status etc. He could be clan leader and show the clan changed, or Hinata could work on removing the seal to be useful for.something other than being Naruto's breeding stock. But noope; he died the to his destiny he hated and caged with. He only sugarcoated the end result. It was a pretty ****ed thing to present, it makes the blood in my veins run colder that how an author who writes story for children can present such thing in his work.

Okay, Sakura should have died and ...

- No one could have figured out Intangibility and Obito's mask never would have been broken, nor could he have been overwhelmed.
- White Zetsu would have killed all the medics, thus ending the war.
- Thousands of people would have died if Sakura had not created Katsuya footholds with Tsunade.
- Kankaru would have died.
- Sasori never would have been defeated and Gaara would have died.

Let's quit with the undue Sakura hate. It's getting annoying.

Sakura should have died reviving Naruto like Choji did for Gaara.

If Kishi was insistant on keeping Kakashi around, he should of played a much smaller role. DMS Kakashi taking on and saving the day against Kaguya was one of the dumbest things. No, Obito defying death and possessing Kakashi is technically the dumbest thing in the manga.

I won't say Kishi's a completely awful author. He has good characters, and idea's, but he always manages to burn or toss them away. Pein went from a great villain to just another person who makes horrible calls in the heat of the moment. No one that whimsical is going to be able to lead a criminal syndicate that has ambitions of mass destruction and a new world order.

Kishi just doesn't know where to stop. He keeps going until he ruins his cast. And lmao, thanks for the rep. I'd return it but I can't at the moment. The dude has some weird thing for me, where he must neg me at every opportunity he gets. Poor guy has nothing better to do then that.

Gai's usage of the eighth gate and survival thanks to Naruto was a massive slap in the face. It completely dismantles the sacrifice Gai took in order to buy the shinobi alliance more time. But, we've got to give Naruto some amazing healing properties now, because if the message he was some holier- than -thou figure hasn't hit you yet. Here it is.

I somewhat wish Neji didn't change from his Chuunin Exams Persona. He was so edgy, and just the fact that he did kneel down to the main house that blatantly enslaves them and made his father wish for death was horrible. Hinata, as we discussed in our vms recently, was only around to get pregnant. If Kishi had any real plans for her character, we would of seen her address her clan, father, sister, anything. She is nothing but a baby maker in the story.

Gai - he could have gone out as the man who drove the Ten Tails Jinchuriki into the brink of death. But nope, leave it to Jesus to ruin that. In my eyes, he sentenced Gai to a shameful life... seriously, seeing him in a wheelchair is depressing.

Most of the Gokage - at least Onoki. A wrinkled vegetable barely breathing is nothing but pathetic. I also think Tsunade should have died, so the only remaining Sanin would be the most durable one - Orochimaru.

K11 members - i would've ended most of them. This was war. War is hell, as Itachi put it. Kids die. Especially irrelevant kids. Gotta have that happy ending for the real kiddies, though. The only ones who deserved to live were Ino, Chouji and Shikamaru, as in the best team.

Gai should have died. I was ok with Naruto saving him before because I thought the power of shonen and friendship would save him from becoming crippled. I hate seeing him in that wheelchair, its like seeing a bird with its wings clipped off. ):

I think Naruto wank (both from reader's perspective and characters themselves) ruined a lot. Look how horrible Gaara have become. Or how suffocating Naruto being everywhere become. Healing powers did not contribute to anything. He gave Kakashi his useless eye which would be better off if Sakura have done. He could not even help his ripped arm. "I feel i can do anything" wtf Jaysus that was one of the worst quotes ever. Do you know why i like the end resolve in FMAB (i guess you have watched it)? Because the MC realizes he is not all that and in the end we are humans who can not do any and everything and some extra powers would not change it.

I loved pre tnj Neji. He was dope and was not exactly a bad guy (i have manga panels, believ it.), he was loyal to village afterall. He could have changed slowly while getting warmer to his friends (mainly teammates) to see life is not all bad and can bring good as granted too. Both him and his father did nothing but sugarcoating the inevitable. Little Neji was the one who actually fought his destiny, after tnj he just dealt with it. Sad part is neither Hinata nor Naruto would gave their lives for Neji and only Neji.

Btw i will reply your VMs, promise U_U.

It would have been a good twist and would have added more of an intense and dramatic tone to the Manga and war arc overall. But it seems Kishi lacks the guts to kill off characters (expect for Neji, we didn't see any serious casualties in this arc). So I don't see him killing a Main one.

Neji died because he was right.

That DMS feat was so bad that I ended up laughing. It made little sense, and the last semblance of decency Kakashi ever had went down the toilet. It just proved to me that the guy was a complete panel waster by that time, and was bringing the quality of the manga down even further. If that was even possible. How could Obito's chakra make all the way over to him? Seriously? Kakashi wankers can cry all they want; the whole thing was a bad asspull that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Pein falling for Jiraiya's bad fan-fiction ... I don't get to this day that what the heck happened. He just completely ruined Pein as he brought out the ugliness of Konoha - an elephant in the room Kishimoto completely forgot about at the end.

Lol Nah, it's okay. I can see that he neg reps a few people almost regularly.

Gai-He went 8 gates, he should have died then and there. There wasn't even a reason for him living besides hyping Naruto.
Tsunade- She was cut in half and it would have made Madara more intimidating and give a reason for the protagonists to get mad. Plus, she wasn't even needed for the plot afterwards, i.e. no reason to have lived.
Ohnoki- Guy's just too old. And more deaths by Madara.
Kakashi- would have saved me from the pain of seeing the crap against Kaguya.

That's pretty much it for me, and the last 2 weren't even needed imo.

Naruto became a Gary Stue at the end, nearly on the same level as his father. Everyone worhispped him and that became the entire point of some characters. How boring and sad for them. FMAB was good, I read the manga though. I prefer it over anime. The series was great, though. I love how they were all caught, coulda been killed but for the sake of the overall plan were allowed to survive, and had to be even more cautious in their work.

Kimblee was a beast.

He was a ****, but he wasn't a villain by any means. @The Bold: Yes. That's horrible, Neji gave his life for those two is just terrible. Especially when if Naruto entered Sage Mode; He'd logically have the durability to not die from those spikes. Nut oh well, time to add in needless drama.

Lel, take your time Caterpie. I am awful at replying to vms on time. I can wait.

It was just to have some dumb team 7 is all here, moment. Sakura and Kakashi should of stayed back and let the actual power houses work. Courage is nice, but they would be useless against Pein yet alone a God Damn Goddess. Some hard core Kakashi fans are bad, though. Kamui GG. That DMS only helps them with their wanking even more.

No leader of a terrorist organization is going to lose his own fanaticism. I can suspend disbelief just as well as the next guy, but somewhere a line must be drawn. Just hearing his own words he told Jiraiya makes him good? Really? So I suppose he never thought on that moment ever again and remembered that moment, otherwise he would of had some change of heart. He should of just stabbed Naruto with more rods then and there. Mission accomplished.

I mean, he thought he was saving the world. What's more important, following your own beliefs or killing yourself just so some naive kid might find some miraculous cure for all negative things. There is no way to pull all of that back into Pandora's box, it's all just childish talk.

All the ones who were dead just beforce the mass rez performed by Nagato. It would have put so much drama on the arc. A weaken konoha, teaming with other hidden villages while watching their back to preventing backstab from them.

Are you kidding me? You really did not want to see prime Kakashi in action?
