What characters deserve more showtime? (living or dead)

The people I'd like to keep up in this war are: Hinata, Rock Lee, Shikamaru, Tobirama, Mifune, Shino, and Hiashi
I didn't mention the main characters, Hashirama, Madara, or Minato because they are all obviously vital st the moment.
Now prevalent characters aside, The seven swordsman, Hanzo, Han and the other jinjuriki, Kakuzu, Kisame, and Zetsu needed more panel time...oh and Haku!

anybody wished dosu would have been shown off more, the guy was like a badass with his arm and the fur coat all bandaged up, gaara should have killed zaku
Rock Lee; only k11 member who did not get extra feats in part 2, i hope he does something soon, he should surpass Gai as a shinobi (if he does, he will easily be top 20)
Killer Bee, he is a jin in the army; of course he should do something.
I wanted to see edos like 7 swordsmen, Pakura, Deidara, Sasori, Gari, Chiyo, Kimimaro, Hizashi against known alive characters; they had potential but it is too late for them...
Neji deserved more; yet he did not get a shit from Kishi, i honsetly don't care for Hinata who is Naruto's satellite and still far behind Neji, she should not and would not surpass him imo. Neji should show more prowess in battle, atleast he should have surpass Hiashi and Gai.

Naruto, get something which is not related to rasengan or kyuubi,i think he got more than enough screentime, but he would still have it due to being main character; atleast have something more original.
Sasuke, again; something orginal please; i hope he did not inherit Yata mirror and Totsuka blade, worst powers Kishi introduced; Kirin was a great jutsu something oriiginal would be more suited for him.
