Prime Hiruzen Well IDK how he'd fare agaisnt a real Shinsuusenju..but edo old Hiruzen only managed to go toe to toe against weakened version with only a few fists ...

I dont think Gai can beat Hashirama unless he starts in 7 or 8 gate mode. Hashirama can simply FTW and mokuton clone feint him and wait for him to burn himself out.


Minato... not likely considering Hashirama can create and manipulate entire areas near instantly.

Most people would say dms kakashi but I don't see it. Kakashi would feint 3 minutes in the battle. He only lasted that long with ps because he had obitos chakra(which had sage power). He might be able to phase but against SS how long would that last??

6th Gate Gai can take anything Hashirama can deal except Senjutsu. 7th Gate is more than enough to break Shinsuuseju's wood (if 6th gate's Asakujaku didn't burn it down).

8th gate is overkill to anything that doesn't have onmyouton or any sort of hax defense.

Rinnegan Madara rapes Hashirama low diff. There's no way Hashirama could beat him - if Madara scores a hit with his 6 paths chakra blades, it's over and Hashi is paralyzed and raped.

You are quite exaggerating, but Asa kujaku might indeed cause a lot of fiery damage to ss, since wood is prone to fire..

Not really tho. Hashirama's (lets call it "regular") mokuton get negged by asakujaku as we've already seen how Madara burned his own mokuton with Katon, so fire works against mokuton. Not only Asakujaku is fire, but it's also taijutsu, which can break the wood on it's own (And with many hits, it can take down the many branches it generates).

When things get serious with Shinsuusenju, since it's still wood , fire should work as well, but Hirudora, as it took down Madara's Susano'o, should be able to destroy part, if not all, of the wood construct as well in the explosion.

Gai may have his work cut out in 7th gate, but I guess with high diff he can take Hashirama down. 8th gate is out of the question.
