What chapter was Naruto's whiskers explained?

I know he has whiskers because of the kyuubi's chakra, which he was influenced by in Kushina's womb.

I'm pretty sure I read this in the manga, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know if the explanation of Naruto's whiskers was indeed in the manga, and if so, may you please tell me what chapter it is?

Being the Jinchuuriki of Kurama he automatically gets those marks on his face. Naruto's wiki page explains this, along with the explanation of Bee's Bull Horn Tattoo.

So, it wasn't in the manga? I could've sworn it was...

Well, being Kurama's Jinchuriki doesn't necessarily give him the whisker marks. Mito and Kushina were both Jin. of Kurama but neither of them had those marks. However, Kinkaku and Ginkaku had those marks due to their assimilation of the Nine-Tails' chakra. It's probably because Kushina birthed Naruto while she was still Kurama's host. Naruto probably assimilated some of its chakra while still in his mother's womb.
